Check-in is available from 15:00 on your arrival day. On the day of departure, please check out by 12:00. Your room will be held until 18:00 on the arrival day. Arriving after 18:00 requires a guaranteed reservation with a credit card. Without this guarantee, or if you’ve prepaid, your booking may be cancelled after 18:00. 18.00.
Cancellation and no-show
Cancellations must be received no later than 18:00 the day before arrival, unless otherwise agreed. No-shows or cancellations after this time will incur a charge for the first night. For prepaid or non-refundable reservations, the entire stay will be charged.
