Activity and movement in the course day
Welcome to our beautiful course and conference facilities, including our new Orangery – an inspiring oasis that arouses enthusiasm and creativity. Enjoy a coffee break with freshly baked waffles outside in the slate garden, and a delicious lunch composed of seasonal fresh ingredients in the Crown Rooms.
We also offer a range of extra-curricular activities such as canoe trips to the beautiful Lutsivassdraget or fresh mountain hikes with Kronen Gaard’s homemade packed lunch in your backpack. For the ultimate team-building experience, try our coveted kitchen theater, and let our experienced team guide you through everything from culinary artist to the role of sommelier. After a productive day, a delicious dinner awaits, often combined with a little storytelling to add an extra dimension to the experience. End the day in a soft bed and wake up to a sumptuous breakfast buffet and a peaceful start to a new day filled with inspiration.

Our lunch buffet is a pleasant and tasty break in a busy day. The chefs are ready at the buffet to serve you genuine, local and honest food. Whether you want to eat inside or outside in the garden is up to you and the weather.

The working day when you're on a course is often long and you get hungry in the afternoon, so it's good to have a little refreshment before you start your last work session.

Mellemat is a tradition they have on the farms, it's simply a loaf of bread with toppings that they ate in the afternoon before the last session.

If you’re looking for an extra-curricular experience in connection with your conference, we have several team building activities to offer – both indoors and outdoors. Everything from kitchen theater to a walk in the local area with dinner in the garden.
Summer lunch break during meetings
Enjoy a flavourful break during your meeting day with our summer lunch buffet, served every weekday from 11:00. In historic surroundings, we provide a relaxed and welcoming setting for informal lunch meetings and conference days.
